ClosingStart is free for service providers while we launch. When paid plans arrive, they'll be flat published rates — the same plans at the same prices for every provider in your category: a subscription sized by how many agent relationships you serve (in published bands), a set number of included pricing presentations, and a uniform rate per presentation beyond that. Some specialty categories will pay only the per-presentation rate, with no subscription.
You'll get at least 30 days' written notice before anything changes, with the full plan sheet for your category. Until then: everything's on, and nothing's billed.
Join free as a provider →Providers pay flat, published rates to have their pricing distributed for comparison: a subscription sized by audience reach (published bands of agent relationships served) with included pricing presentations, plus a uniform per-presentation rate beyond the allowance — and some specialty categories pay only the per-presentation rate. Rates are identical for every provider within a category. Payment does not affect provider ranking, ordering, or inclusion in any comparison — provider quotes are presented neutrally, sorted by price (or APR for lenders), never by what anyone pays us.
During our launch period, participation is free for all providers. Nothing is billed, no payment method is required, and no provider is charged anything until paid plans launch — which will come with at least 30 days' notice and the published plan sheet for your category.
